B2B How to get Online

The new P J Hayman B2B portal has been created so that our Brokers and Partners are able to transact scheme business with us, online.

The system will allow you to:

Obtain quotations
Save and retrieve quotations
Issue cover
View policies
Amend policies
Renew cover
Medically Screen customer online (where applicable)
Download Management Information in csv format for analysis

Getting Started

You will need a Terms of Business Agreement with us.

Go to Open an Account which will take you through the process:

Complete the application online
Agree our Terms of Business Agreement
Select your own username and password

Your application will be reviewed and confirmed quickly.
Once approved, we will issue you with our Terms of Business Agreement.
You need to agree to our TOBA
Your B2B agency with us will be activated.

If you already have a P J Hayman agency but you are a new user of this website, just go to Open an Account and follow the steps shown in "set up a new user".

Once Activated

With your user name and password in place, you can access this system to transact business. We will send you details of how to set up other users and the accounting procedures.
